Reclaiming the Feminine - the missing half of our power | Sugandha Vatrana | TEDxHindu College Women

Sugandha Vatrana captivated the audience with her powerful discourse on women embracing their masculine energy—a concept that challenges conventional norms and encourages individuals to tap into their full spectrum of strengths. Drawing from her own journey, cultural wisdom, and psychological principles, Sugandha highlighted how integrating traditionally "masculine" traits like assertiveness, logic, and resilience can empower women to navigate challenges, shatter glass ceilings, and lead with confidence. Her talk was a call to action, urging everyone to move beyond binary thinking and embrace the fluidity of energy within themselves. With a charismatic presence and a deep understanding of human potential, Sugandha continues to inspire global audiences to break free from societal constraints, cultivate balance, and step into their most authentic, powerful selves. Her work is a testament to the transformative power of self-awareness and the limitless possibilities that arise when we honor both the feminine and masculine within us.
