Le handicap, une force plutôt qu’une limite ?
Comment voir le handicap autrement que comme un frein ?Peut-on dépasser les barrières que la société nous impose ?Et si nos différences étaient en réalité notre plus grande force ?
Luc Montigaud, handi-aventurier, partage son expérience pour prouver que l’impossible n’existe pas. À travers ses exploits – Tour de France en courant et en pédalant, participation à des spectacles, autonomie totale – il démontre que nos limites ne sont que celles que l’on se fixe.
En repoussant les idées reçues, il nous invite à changer de regard et à croire en une seule chose : tout est possible. Luc est un Handi-Aventurier, en échappant à la mort lors de sa naissance, il a très vite compris qu’être handicapé c’est choisir entre subir ou combattre. Judoka depuis ses 3 ans, le choix a été vite vu.
En 2023, il réalise un tour de France de 3250 km en course à pied et vélo en 98 jours pour sensibiliser à la dystonie. Comme il aime le dire « Ce n’est que le début de l’aventure »
