A passionate advocate for the Mentawai people's traditions, she has extensively documented and analyzed their unique ways of life, including rituals, folklore, and ecological practices. Her research highlights the importance of integrating local wisdom, such as the "tuddukat" communication system, into modern disaster response and cultural resilience strategies. Beyond academia, Ms. Delfi actively promotes cultural preservation through initiatives ensuring that the voices of marginalized communities remain heard in the face of globalization. Her insights bridge the gap between anthropological study and actionable solutions for cultural sustainability, making her a key figure in preserving Indonesia’s indigenous heritage.
