She disciplined her “homo ludens” nature at the Theatre Acting Department of the Istanbul State Conservatory at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Since stepping out of the schoolyard in 2007, she has worked as a contract actress at the Istanbul State Theatre and many private theatres. In 2013, with her performance as “Arkadina” in the play Chekhov Machine at the Istanbul State Theatre, she won the Best Supporting Actress of the Year award at the 17th Yapı Kredi and Afife Jale Theatre Awards. Apparently, playing with characters was not enough for her, so she started playing with words as well. She wrote a play called Ağ, Bağ, Kaplumbağa (Net, Bond, Tortoise), which earned her recognition as a playwright in 2023 when she received an award at the playwriting competition held by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Directorate General of State Theatres.Since her conservatory years, she has been deeply concerned with the ancient bond between humans and others. Because of this, she ventured into the education and consultancy world while still at university. For years, she has been balancing acting and teaching in parallel.
