Hrithik will be discussing the connection he has noticed between self-confidence and conformity, addressing how teenagers' struggles with self-esteem drive a culture of conformity. He will be exploring strategies for enhancing confidence and maintaining individuality. Hrithik Samtani is a Y12 academic scholarship student with a strong passion for psychology and social sciences. From being the CEO of Renaissance College’s JA Business Company to being elected as Song House Captain twice in a row, he has vast experience working with others. This has provided him with unique insights into prevalent cognitive patterns among his peers, which he aspires to enlighten and share with a wider audience.
