She has shared her insights at SDinGov and the Service Design Network conference, guiding service design processes that balance business needs with user-centricity. Disha has expanded her influence as a design educator and coach, mentoring start-ups and teaching service design across the globe whilst sharing her knowledge at top business schools like IIM in India.
