Abdulrahman Baaqeel, is a distinguished student activist with a degree in Biochemical Engineering, who has tirelessly advocated for the rights of his fellow students during his tenure as an officer in the lIUM Student Union. Having founded the International Unity HIUM (InUnity) and TEDlIUM at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Abdulrahman now serves as an executive committee member of the lIUM Alumni Association, keeping graduates connected and supporting the university's mission, never ceasing to inspire those around himHere he talks about the challenges faced by visionary leaders and why its often hard to execute them, how to identify the problems and solve those problems.
