Al-Jadaan: Saudi-US relations are growing stronger

RIYADH — Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Al Jadaan and US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent held a joint session at the beginning of the Saudi-US Investment Forum on Tuesday.
Bessent confirmed that US President Donald Trump is focusing on restoring the American economy.
He also stressed that "a trade balance with China is a priority of the Trump administration." He said: "We will avoid dependence on China in the strategic sectors."
Al -Jadaan talked about the Saudi-US relations. He stressed that the relationship between the two countries is increasing.
"We have the lowest unemployment rate in the history of Saudi Arabia," Al-Jadaan said, adding: “There is a significant change, a rise in employment, the empowerment of women, and we reached the goal that we want to achieve in 2030, which is 7% “.
