Embracing Innovation in Communication Management | Yufei Shen | TEDxNACIS Shanghai Youth
What if every student leader could turn a flood of opinions into real change? This talk unveils a powerful toolkit - combining Zen simplicity, psychological persuasion, and AI efficiency - to bridge the gap between student voices and institutional action. It's a masterclass in "thinking dynamic," showing how breaking disciplinary silos can create waves of meaningful transformation in any community. Hi, I am Candice, a vibrant thinker and communicator. I have strong leadership and public speaking skills. Beyond that, I also love to observe and think critically about the world around me, always ready for profound research. To navigate opinion oceans as a student leader, I weaponize interdisciplinary knowledge: turning Steve Jobs’ Zen into “micro-surveys,” using psychology’s “foot-in-the-door” technique to make persuasion, even training ChatGPT as my data assistant. Enthusiasm, dedication and creativity all contribute to my dynamic thinking and communication capabilities.
