- 15:11Spine Health Unlocked with the Key D3 | Prof Dr S Bakhtiar Choudhary | TEDxVJITThe speaker emphasizes his journey as a doctor, shaped by his army family background, which spans over 30 years of dedication. The key to his approach lies in understanding the importance of Vitamin D and its impact on spinal health. He identified two critical observations: First, vitamin D insufficiency can cause a bent spine in young individuals, a condition typically seen in adults over 30.
