Is the process more important than the result | Braylon Ryan McCormack | TEDxWXFLS Youth

Brayon Ryan, from America, has an American appearance which enables all his Chinese friends to notice him as a foreigner. These Chinese friends believe that he should be good at English naturally just because he is a foreigner. But of course, this is incorrect. The fact is that Braylon has put very much effort learning his mother language which had lead to his current great English. Braylon, by sharing his own experience, wants to alter his friends perspective that his English is naturally great, and moreover, with the help of his own example, he wants to talk about whether process is more important than the result. Braylon Ryan is an American boy from Wuxi Foreign Language School. He's multilingual, he speaks great English and Chinese. He is a sporty boy and likes to play basketball with his mates at school whenever there's leisure time. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
