Pionera en bienestar integrativo en México, es Licenciada en Nutrición y Ciencia de los Alimentos por la Universidad Iberoamericana, con certificaciones internacionales y un Fellowship en Medicina Antiedad.Se especializa en neurociencia, medicina antiedad y psicología transpersonal, estudiada en Palo Alto, California. Actualmente, cursa el diplomado "Camino Medicina" con Paola Ambrosi.Es fundadora de Bienesta y del Instituto de Salud Funcional Mente-Cuerpo (ISFMC), la primera institución de habla hispana certificada en Salud Funcional y avalada por la SEP.Creadora de las líneas de suplementos Fort Core y HealthAddiction, también fundó la Asociación Mexicana de Salud Funcional (AMESAF), enfocada en promover el bienestar mente-cuerpo.Como autora, ha publicado Secretos para mantenerte sano y delgado, El método de las 3R y el recetario Health Addiction. After completing her primary and high school education at TED Ankara College, she entered the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at METU Faculty of Architecture. She moved to Istanbul during her master's degree and entered the media world. Gürses has written many articles and books on literature and culture. She has also given speeches at various conferences and seminars on Turkish literature and culture. Gürses began her media career as a reporter at ATV News Center and later appeared on programs such as "Gece Hattı" and "Kırmızı Koltuk" on Star TV. She worked as an editor and presenter on programs such as "20. Saat", "13 Agency", "Bıldıgın Gibi Değil" and "Burası Haftasonu" on Habertürk TV.
