Colours of the World---Perspective taking | Tianyu Zhong | TEDxNACIS Shanghai Youth
This talk reveals perspective-taking as humanity's irreplaceable superpower in an AI-dominated world. Blending neuroscience with Shakespearean role-playing, it demonstrates how seeing through others' eyes reduces stress, boosts immunity, and sparks innovation - while remaining the one skill robots can't replicate. Practical techniques show how we can reclaim this evolutionary advantage in our screen-saturated lives. I am a person with a high awareness in the realms of spirituality, emotions, and cognition. I enjoy the peace brought by the Chinese Spirit of Zen, which enables me to resonate with nature and the universe, and to find the powerful force of wisdom within me. My fascination with philosophical questions and my rich thoughts have shaped me into a spiritual seeker. I constantly strive for self-improvement and try to transform myself into an energetic, spiritually affluent lifelong learner. I like exploring the world and enjoy the process of discovering new things. Experiencing different emotions and flavors of life has opened the doors of my mind, made my thoughts vibrant and colorful. Moreover, my rational thinking grants me the ability to transcend emotions, allowing me to analytically dissect the essence of things and judge them from different perspectives, uncovering their positive and negative sides, their advantages and disadvantages, and experiencing the beauty balance in the universe. My ability of compassion and dedication allows me to understand the power of 'helping' and 'giving.' It is my pleasure to spread kindness and wisdom. This is also the reason that I can stand on this stage and share my thoughts with you.
