La sua visione artistica si nutre di esperienze internazionali e di un forte spirito collaborativo. Dal 2023 è co-regista di Progetto Happiness, un'iniziativa che esplora la felicità attraverso incontri e storie autentiche in tutto il mondo. Tra i suoi lavori più significativi, il documentario Dirty Diamonds, realizzato per ActionAid Italia, affronta tematiche sociali con uno sguardo sensibile e profondo. Fantuzzi crede nella narrazione visiva come strumento per connettere emozioni, culture e persone, portando sullo schermo l'essenza dell'esperienza umana.
