MBTI | Wenting Chen | TEDxWXFLS Youth

Recently, MBTI is a hot topic among people. This categorizes people into 16 kinds with 4 letters, each letter indicating a fundamental dimension. Nowadays, as MBTI is frequently used to distinguish the personalities of people, there are even bars in some countries that divides the area for different MBTI types. However, Wenting Chen believes that people should not be defined with such few letters. It is incorrect and has limitations in verifying a person clearly. So she wants to share the pros and cons of MBTI and her perpective on how to deal with it. An enthusiastic navigators find paths. Wenting Chen, Whitney, is a 12th grader from Wuxi Foreign Language School. The words extroverted and creative is far from enough to describe her, and the reason is that she believes no one should be defined.
