Her passion for food led her to launch The BlueBop Café in Nov 2019, known for its top-quality cuisine, chic ambiance, live music, and handcrafted cocktails. The café has earned acclaim for its hospitality and has expanded into a successful bakery brand, BlueBop Bakes. Eesha holds a BA in Economics from St. Xavier’s College and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University, UK. She has received numerous awards including the Times Food & Nightlife Award (2020–2024), Emerging Woman Entrepreneur (2020), and the Women Super Achievers Award (2019). In May 2024, she completed the Mount Everest Base Camp trek, reflecting her determination and resilience. Eesha combines her industry expertise and love for food to deliver exceptional customer experiences at BlueBop Café.
