Questo grazie a due esperienze principali, prima al Vue de Monde e poi da Tipo 00. Il primo un ristorante fine dining australo-francese mentre il secondo una mix tra cultura greca ed italiana
In Italia ha fatto parte della brigata dello Chef Carlo Cracco nel suo ristorante a Milano, ed oggi è Corporate Chef di Electrolux Professional ed il contatto diretto degli Chef per il mercato B2B world-wide.
