Forte de 25 années d'expérience en agence (McCann Erickson) et chez l'annonceur (Orange Cameroun, TotalEnergies Marketing Cameroun), elle a acquis une solide expertise en marketing, communication et RSE, avec une bonne connaissance des marchés d'Afrique de l 'Ouest et Centrale.
Courant 2024, Siliki NA devient consultante indépendante et anime des conférences dans les grandes écoles.
Elle fonde Bolanga, une plateforme innovante de promotion de la littérature africaine subdivisée en Bolanga Talk (capsules vidéo et causeries littéraires), Bolanga Junior ( promotion littérature jeunesse), et Bolanga Shop (vente en ligne de livres et jeux éducatifs afro descendants).
