Alessandra Dinato: classe 1985, durante gli studi all’Istituto Alberghiero riconosce l’olfatto come il suo senso dominante e decide a 16 anni di perseguire la strada della sommelierie. Ottiene il diploma alberghiero e a 21 anni diventa Sommelier AIS. A 24 vola a Londra dove vi resterà per 5 anni lavorando some Sommelière in ristoranti raffinati 1 e 2 stelle Michelin per chef famosi fra cui Gordon Ramasay e studiando per ottenere il tanto desiderato Diploma WSET. Oggi organizza degustazioni esperienziali, si occupa di export e racconta il vino nel suo canale YouTube L’Assaggiastorie. Docente universitaria nel corso Wines of Italy presso l’Istituto Lorenzo de Medici, e nel Master Enocomunicazione per l’Università Cattolica di Brescia; giudice di concorsi enologici e ambasciatrice della Viticoltura Eroica per il CERVIM.
