What I learned about life, ants, and leadership | Sym Singh | TEDxLady Street ED

What can ants teach us about leadership? More than you might expect. In this thought-provoking and entertaining TED Talk, Mr. Sym Singh discusses the unexpected parallels between the observed behaviors of an ant and effective human leadership. Through the lens of teamwork, and instinct, Me. Singh explores how life’s smallest creatures model communication, collaboration, and crisis response—and how those same principles can shape stronger and more resilent leaders. Prepare to view yourself and leadership through a new, surprising, and inspiring perspective. As the Director of Government Affairs for Scout Motors, Mr. Singh leverages his deep understanding of state government and policy to drive the company's strategic initiatives.
