When Life Gives You Lemons, Squeeze Them | Silvia Shi | TEDxTIS Macao Youth
What I'll be talking about is a sports injury and how I found a new self within that experience. Hi, my name is Silvia Shi and I am a student here at TIS. I am in High School U20 Girls Basketball, Model UN, Yearbook Club, Kumon math and Mandarin, and TedX Youth Club. I was valedictorian for my class in grade 6, MVP for my basketball team 2 years ago, and a full year honour roll student last year. I like any adrenaline enticing activities. I like going to new places, and trying new things. In the future, I plan on focusing more on my studies to improve my grades to achieve my dream jobs which is either to be a pilot or become a vet. I would say I am a pretty hyper person but sometimes, I could also be quiet. That pretty much sums up the kind of person I am.
