Creative Drift: How Boredom Fuels Imagination & Learning | Bhavdeep Kohli | TEDxDWPS Ludhiana Youth
Bhavdeep Kohli challenges the widespread belief that boredom in classrooms is a problem, proposing instead that it can be a powerful catalyst for creativity. Drawing on experiences as a teacher educator and supported by neuroscience, she is discussing about the intentional pauses and unstructured moments—what they call “Creative Drift”—allow students to reflect, imagine, and generate original ideas. She urges educators to embrace stillness, seeing boredom not as a problem but as a catalyst for deeper learning & creativity. Bhavdeep Kohli is a multifaceted expert as an educationist, image consultant and a soft skills trainer. With international certifications and over 200 trainings conducted, she empowers individuals and organizations through image building, corporate communication, and leadership development.
