Cosa succede quando il dolore diventa voce? In occasione della Giornata del Fiocchetto Lilla, l’oratrice condivide la sua esperienza con l’anoressia per raccontare come i disturbi alimentari siano solo la punta dell’iceberg di una società che esclude ciò che non riconosce. La sua storia diventa un invito a trasformare la sofferenza individuale in risorsa collettiva, creando spazi inclusivi in cui ogni identità possa esistere e contare. Perché il cambiamento inizia quando impariamo ad ascoltare davvero — noi stessi e gli altri. Sara Verrecchia è una formatrice, autrice, consulente e attivista specializzata in diversity, equity & inclusion. A 19 anni vive l’esperienza dei disturbi del comportamento alimentare, che segna profondamente il suo percorso personale e professionale, spingendola a sensibilizzare su temi dell’identità della rappresentazione e della salute mentale.
