Brenda Jaqueline Peña Reyes holds degrees in Legal Sciences, Business Administration, and a Master’s in Quality Management. With over 25 years of experience, she has led commercial, customer service, and human talent areas in major organizations in Honduras. Since 2017, she has worked as a Strategic Consultant in Commercial and Human Talent at CDT Consultores, guiding leaders and teams through change and transformation via innovation and agility. She also collaborates with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa, contributing to business growth strategies. A certified Life and Business Consultant, international speaker, and university lecturer, Brenda is committed to developing future professionals. She believes employees are the foundation of any organization and that prioritizing them drives sustainable success. Her passion for organizational development has led her to specialize in change management and the design of adaptive strategies for dynamic environments.
