He spent his developmental years living in a variety of places ultimately granting him a variety of life experiences. Layered on top of that are his feelings being a transracially adopted refugee. His music is a culmination of all of these experiences blended with the empathy he feels for others. Truly, the mission of his music is to heal with others—with every nation and tongue, in due time. She also leads Airversity, which offers professional UAV pilot training for commercial, industrial, and public safety entities, along with on-demand drone services and data analytics for telecom, utilities, energy, disaster response, climate monitoring, and civil infrastructure. Morgan was honored as the 2022 Women and Drone Entrepreneur of the Year.Morgan is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and has held executive roles in strategy, sales, and innovation at P&G and The Coca-Cola Company. She also served as the Associate Director of Georgia State University’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Institute. Her leadership extends beyond her professional roles; she is the Founder of Black Women In STEAM and serves on the boards of Tulsa Innovation Labs, the Urban Low Altitude Transportation Association, and GeoFutures. Additionally, she is a Senior Member of the Civil Air Patrol at Scott AFB Squadron and hosts the XeoCast Podcast on Spotify, Apple, Google, and YouTube, covering topics related to drones, geospatial technology, AI, autonomous systems, and space. Pe Remus Țiplea nu îl caracterizează cuvintele, pe cât de mult îl descriu imaginile. Este celebrul fotograf român, care a publicat un fotoreportaj de 7 pagini în cea mai prestigioasă publicație la nivel global - National Geographic (ediția US).Originar din Negrești-Oaș, Remus a dezvoltat o pasiune pentru fotografie în anul 2009, iar astăzi are la activ mai multe colaborări cu revista National Geographic, publicând fotoreportajele „Un veac de migrație în Țara Oașului” (noiembrie 2018), „Ultimii ciurdari ai satului” (februarie 2019), precum și ”Bulbucații” (mai 2019). Ca o încoronare a talentului său vizual, Remus este singurul din cei 225 fotografi selectați pentru a publica fotoreportaje în albumul „THE 21st CENTURY- photographs from the image collection” editat de publicația americană National Geographic. - 11:41Unlocking justice, transforming lives by empowering women | April Foster | TEDxStLouisWomenIn this talk, April Foster shares her journey of working with justice-impacted women and the transformative lessons she learned along the way. Highlighting personal challenges, systemic barriers, and moments of growth, April illustrates how focusing on strengths and providing holistic support can empower women to rebuild their lives. Her talk underscores the importance of changing narratives, fostering resilience, and creating opportunities for individuals to thrive, ultimately advocating for a more just and compassionate society. April Foster holds a Master of Social Work from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, with a concentration in gender-specific programming in the justice system. The first decade of her career was dedicated to juvenile justice initiatives before she transitioned to behavioral research. At Washington University’s Brown School of Social Work and the Department of Psychiatry, she coordinated studies on trauma and PTSD in adolescent girls, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and severe mental illness. Alongside her research, April remained actively involved in reentry work through volunteering, consulting, and board service with local reentry organizations. In 2019, she returned to her passion for working with justice-involved populations, particularly women, by joining the Keyway Center for Diversion and Reentry as the Director of Programs. In 2021, she advanced to the role of Executive Director, where she continues to make significant contributions to the field, championing the needs and rights of justice-involved women. Esta charla profundiza, a través de un símil con el juego de Pac Man, a Pac Woman en donde diariamente las mujeres lidian con laberintos y fantasmas; siendo su historia personal un claro ejemplo de la lucha contra el síndrome del impostor, micromachismos, estereotipos y desigualdad de género, hasta convencerse de que el logro y éxito obtenido en su campo laboral y social siempre fue suyo.Con la charla se busca sensibilizar e inspirar a la audiencia a tomar acción para fomentar un cambio real y duradero que destruya laberintos y construya un futuro donde el género no sea un obstáculo en la búsqueda del conocimiento y la innovación. Por lo tanto aún no es un Game Over, la lucha de las mujeres continúa siendo un Game On.
