Humbling Design by Sensing Rhythms | Zaid Khan | TEDxOCADU

Zaid invited designers to take a more humble approach to systems change by appreciating when it's best to intervene, and more importantly, when it's best to let things run their course. Zaid Khan is a "pure strategist" who eschews frameworks and templates in favour of advising clients with as clear a mind as possible. His talk will challenge designers' bias-for-action by inviting them to consider the benefits of knowing when best to intervene, and more importantly, when it's best to let things go. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
