When we rely on our titles and lose touch with reality it hits you later in life when all is taken away and all you have left are the people you took for granted. How you treat people at your peak will always help you at the time of your lowest. Robert is a farmer and passionate recreational runner with the famous Mutungo Bus, a Kampala based running group.
