She serves as Associate Professor and Head of Community Medicine at GMC Kathua. With 37 publications and projects with WHO and ICMR, she is a recognized expert in her field. She has received multiple awards, including Best Thesis at GMC Srinagar, Best Paper Awards at IGMC Shimla and EFICON 2020 (AIIMS Rishikesh), and recognition as a Corona Warrior. She also serves as a Nodal Officer for TB-free India under national certification.
