Improving Patient Care through Incremental Changes | Dr. Rajesh Bhojwani | TEDxYouth@JPIS

Dr. Rajesh explores the philosophy of Kaizen in the surgical world—demonstrating how small, continuous improvements can revolutionize patient care. From the operating room to hospital systems, his talk reveals how precision, reflection, and progress go hand in hand in modern medicine. As a pioneer Surgical Gastroenterologist of the state and one of the leading advanced laparoscopic surgeons in India, Rajesh Bhojwani has transformed the landscape of minimal access surgery for cancers and complex diseases in central and northern India. With a career spanning over 30,000 surgeries, he has trained hundreds of surgeons in India and abroad through more than 400 lectures and live operative demonstrations, showcasing his deep academic insight and unparalleled expertise. This has earned him the status of a revered surgeon of international repute at a remarkably young age. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
