Finding peace at Club Midlife | Helene Philipsen | TEDxPromenade des Anglais
Helene Philipsen offers a sharp and refreshingly funny take on the often-overlooked midlife chapter—where nothing feels the same, and everything suddenly comes with a user manual (including your body). In a world obsessed with youth and productivity, she makes the case for slowing down, letting go, and embracing the honest absurdity of it all. This talk challenges the narrative of midlife as a crisis and reclaims it as a season of reinvention—with soft pants, strong boundaries, and real peace. Club Midlife™ is open… and the snacks are excellent. Helene Philipsen is an experienced mental health consultant and executive coach. She works with Corporations and individuals alike from her base in Copenhagen, Denmark.Helene developed the Unlearn Method which she applies in all of her work.
